RK Legal provides free initial consultations. We discuss the details of your potential matter, the legal process, and answer any questions you may have. Some matters may require an alternative fee-arrangement which would be discussed and agreed-upon before representation ensues.

The length of a case depends on numerous variables, so it is not possible to say exactly how long your case may take. The length of your matter may depend on various factors, including the court in which your case is filed, if applicable.

What do I receive in exchange for your attorney's fee?

What is expected of me as a client of your firm?

You agree to keep us informed and cooperate with us at all stages of your case. This includes to generally cooperate with RK Legal in all matters related to the preparation and presentation of your claims, including appearances for any depositions and potential court appearances.

Every case is different and unique however RK Legal provides the same superior level of attention to detail. At the outset of representation, we provide you the names and contact information for each member that will assist you on your matter. We will routinely keep you informed of any significant developments in your case.
